Premis was founded by people who spent years managing facilities with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected systems. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it.

How we got here
Problem identified
Our founders, both with backgrounds in FM and enterprise software, noticed that Malaysian facility teams were managing critical operations via WhatsApp and Excel.
Premis founded
Premis Technologies Sdn. Bhd. incorporated in Kuala Lumpur. First version of the platform built with a small team of 4 engineers.
First customers
First 10 paying customers onboarded — a mix of government agencies, strata management companies, and commercial property managers.
Public launch
Premis opens to self-serve registration. 14-day free trial. Full platform available to any facility team in Malaysia.
What's next
Mobile apps, IoT sensor integration, AI-powered predictive maintenance, and expansion to Singapore and Indonesia.
